We are not cutting them through CBI. We are buying extremely well cut rounds, ovals, marquise, princess, cushions and other fancy shapes.
Having the rounds cut by CBI is something we will be looking at in the future.

Note that they are cutting lab diamonds now (you can email for inventory info), but they arent cutting lab CBIs. Just to clarify.
Actually, we are not cutting the lab growns at all. We are sourcing some excellently cut gems, but not cutting them.
It is my dream and goal that eventually we will have a large enough market to justify the cost of cutting them to CBI standards. I do not want to have anyone mistakenly thinking that we are cutting the lab grown diamonds. The truth is that we are proudly selling the very well cut lab grown diamonds and selling them with the GCal reports which we believe to be very conservative and much more accurate than the other reports we have seen.

Wonder why no prices? Seems like calling on stones for prices is an extra step that many won't want to take if you are shopping. They look like nicely vetted stones, but the lack of transparency on pricing, where you have to call to speak to a salesperson, is off-putting to me.
I probably wouldn't do that. I find it strange. People were really angry at no certificates on James Allen, with having to ask for each, but a call for price isn't making any waves.
For a couple of reasons.
1. I am not working on someone else's live feed. Lab grown diamonds change prices often and I do not want to spend hours and hours every week changing prices on a list. When you call, I can check current pricing and give you our best shot at that moment in time.
2. These diamonds sell quickly. Since I am not working on a live feed, I have to also check to be sure they have not sold since the last time I talked with my associates at Wolf Diamonds.
I know it is an extra step, and for those shopping only on price, I will not be their optimum vendor. These are very well cut diamonds and we are using a very conservative lab for their reports. Those using less strict labs will always be cheaper.

I wonder if there's a way to give a ballpark price? Even something like "Under $XX" would help people know whether to bother calling for the exact price.
Thank you @elizat. I appreciate your points too, and in a perfect world I would hire one or two people to just manage the list. The last thing I want to do right now is have someone call, or most likely NOT call because a three week old price makes me look like I am way overpriced.
Eventually I will hire that extra help and take out that barrier to more sales.
