Does anything stick out as a red flag on this GIA report?

I am thinking about getting this diamond. I have requested pictures so those should be coming. Does anything bad stick out on the GIA report to anyone or does it look like a pretty good diamond?

Is your budget still 10k? I just think think that clarity is overkill. Paying for something g you can't really see, you know?

No i have decided my budget is about 8k. i couldnt justify spending 10k. Thanks for answering

So basically your saying clarity isnt as big of an issue and if it is cut right and you would rather pay for color?

Anything higher than VS2 would be considered overkill. It’s generally the safe point where you can’t see any inclusions with the naked eye. The difference between a VS2 and VVS2 would be it would take someone with a loupe longer to find inclusions. You could either stick with the color and save some money, or put it towards a higher color, which would be a small difference, but more noticeable than no difference at all when seen with the human eye.
