Does anyone want to help me pick shoes?

My FBIL is getting married 8/22 and I have a great dress (attached pic), but I need shoes!! I am looking for lower heels (I'm already 5'11") - 2" and under, black, gold, or silver under $100.

I guess strappy would look best, but not 100% necessary. I'm finding that a lot of great lookin shoes have heel heights of 3" and beyond.

This is proving to be a difficult task. Thanks a million!
