Does anyone recognize this setting?

Hi guys, long time lurker here...i''ve been checking out everyone''s lovely settings, and now I am actually picking my own, which is turning out to be a bit daunting. anyhow, I have been collecting photos, and I cannot for the life of me remember where I found this pic, so I''m hoping someone here recognizes it so I can get some more info about the setting. anyone??

Looks like a Leon Mege. But I can think of a few designers that have similar stuff. There is a Beverly K that is similar, for example.
