Does Anyone Recognize this Cushion and LM Solitaire Setting?

Please, I need help....the cats haven't been fed in days and the kids have no clean clothes ....just kidding, but I've spent countless hours trying to locate the original post for this ring!!

It's a Leon Mege setting...and I think this is a cushion. The picture was take 3/24/2010.

I have scoured any thread where I might have seen it, with no luck! Does anyone out there recognize it?

It's a gorgeous solitaire setting - considering this style for my new AVC!

Really! Who can think about the KIDS with DIAMONDS on their mind???

I have a feeling things will get worse around here until this stone is set!! Glad they know how to use the washer...LOL
