Does anyone know how much a hearts on fire round 1.0-1.5 ct diamond costs?

My fiance Dan, is getting me a 1.0-1.5 ct hearts on fire diamond ring, and I was wondering how much they cost? I was wondering, because I want to be able to chip in, even though he does not want me to chip in. Does anyone have an actual picture of a ring containing a hearts on fire diamond? Thank you so much...

Don''t waste your money on designer names. Get a very good - excellent symmetry well cut diamond and observe the brilliance over a few and pick one that sparkles like crazy with alot of fire.

THIS thread discusses HoF diamonds and their prices a bit.

You will not get much encouragement on this site for paying the HoF premium when you can get as good a stone with hearts and arrows for MUCH less money.

HOF will cost you about 30% more than what a P.S. e-vendors would sell it for, same cut quality or better.

I was just looking at a 1.01 ct G (clarity unknown, but I had said eye clean) HOF this past weekend, and they wanted $11,000! I did a quick check on pricescope on stones that were G-H, VS1-SI2, and the range was from a little under $5000 to $8500. Much less than the $11,000 for the HOF!
