Does Anyone Here Wear Two Bands with E-Ring?

I personally like the look of two bands + E ring. I'm trying to find a new band to add into my current 1 band + E ring set. If you have photos, could you share please? Thanks!

I do!

Thanks ame! I have a 6-prong solitaire, too, so your photos are very helpful. Here's what I currently have:

I only wear one of my two bead-set bands with my e-ring, since I don't like the look of two exact bands stacked together. I was thinking of adding a Tiffany bezet band to my set. My band is 2.5mm, and the Tiffany bezet band is 2.6mm, plus my e-ring which is a little thicker than my band. Or, I was think of getting round bezel-set band but I wonder if that's too much bling. I would like some contrast between the platinum and diamonds.

So, my contenders are:

The round bezel band, second from the bottom on the middle stack. The bottom band looks kind of like my current band so this is a good visual for how the two will look together. These yummies are from Single Stone.

And- I've been building my own stack of celebration rings on Tiffany's website, but this set is my absolute favorite:

I love how it's clean and modern, yet feminine at the same time. Too bad I can't justify paying that much for 4 bands- I'd rather get a ring instead. Oh yeah, I am getting one for my right hand. =)

I think the bezel set milgrain band would look great with your other bands and your e-ring. I'm not sure about the tiffany because it is very modern in comparison to your bead set milgrain band. The bezel band would also looked great stacked between your two bead set bands on the days you don't wear your e-ring. You should also check out jewels by erica grace she has some amazing antique wedding bands.

I am working on a third band myself. I plan on having a plain solitaire, possibly a Tiffany repro similar to yours, and I already have a Tiffany Legacy band that I would wear on the bottom. For the middle, I am planning to get a Victor Canera handmade engraved band similar to the one that is pictured in Yssie's current thread. Here is one of her pictures:

I am going to agree that a bezel set or somehow milgrained band would be fantastic!!! As much as I prefer symmetry in most things, I cannot get my head around two matching bands sandwiching. If I stacked two of the same bands, one on top of the other, Id surely like that.

Of the choices you posted, I'd probably go with the round bezel milgrain band. I feel like the Bezet band is a little more contemporary looking than your other rings.

I wear mine like that as well. I have solitaire on top, plain 2mm band inthe middle and 7-stone shared prong band on the very bottom. I actuall "need" to stack bands in the winter to prevent spinning because my fingers shrink in the winter. In the summer I only wear my solitaire and one band

I like the bezel band, for obvious reasons. You can see my Whiteflash bezel band that I wear between my e-ring and plain 2mm wedding band in this thread:

I also have a shared prong 7 stone band and a pave 1mm band that I can stack with my set, and I like the combination. When I put all 5 rings together, it's 9mm--a lot of bling! I could take some photos of the combos, if you'd like.

I do!!! My 2 pave bands are similar, but different :naughty: I like them together with my EC. I would eventually like to get a bag band to wear with my stack at some point too.

Thanks Future Mrs. Williamson!!, I forgot about JbEG. I'll definitely check them out. Sandwich the bezel band with my two current bands is a great idea!

Hi DiamondSeeker, yes I just realized a few days ago that our sets are very similar! Except your rock is bigger, and your Tiffany legacy band is better made. (I'm trying to come to terms with my bands. They're fine, not perfect, and if I hadn't come on PS I don't think I would ever complain about the way the stones were set. 8) ) I did think about getting an engraved band, and I think VC's stuff looks amazing, and I did email him quite a few times for my RHR project and the man is a darling. (How's that for a run-on?) But, as much as I love how well made his engraved bands are, I'm not sure I'm the engraving type of gal. I'm not really into swirly-themed stuff. I did find some Art Deco bands on eBay that had geometric etchings that are kind of more my style. I wonder if VC can do that? (That's almost a redundant questions since I think that man can do anything!)

ame, here's an example of an "oreo" stack (which is how I think of it) with two identical top and bottom bands.

These are from Single Stone.

And thanks jaysonsmom, rubybeth, and Dani. rubybeth, I really like the size of your bezel band. If I get one, I definitely want it to be delicate like yours. It would be great if you can take a photo of your prong band, but only if it's not too much trouble. Dani, what wide are your bands? They don't overwhelm your solitaire at all! It's a great set!

See your photos just reaffirmed my decision to keep my e-ring as a solitaire. I love how you can put different bands with it to dress it up.

here's mine..they are matching...

Sapphire-

Each band is @ 1.5 mm I think. My e-ring shank is about 3 mm, but then tapers down slightly. Thank you for your compliment!! :))

Wow MayK, that's a whole lotta bling! Thanks for sharing!

Dani, I'd wreck those delicate 1.5mm bands in a day.

So I thought I should post photos of me wearing my set.

This is how I usually wear it.

Sometimes when I want more bling, I wear all three like this:

@lilmisfit, I love your set! Sorry to threadjack!!

Here's how I wear my two bands:

I do! I wear a 1 mm spacer between the e-ring and middle band which the photo does not show. A few months ago I got a Belais engraved band which I now also use in my stack (engraved band, Leon string, spacer, then e-ring)--sorry I don't have a photo of that combo yet.

I wear two bands (at least) with my e-ring: w-band and anniversary band. When colder weather allows for more stacking (looser fit when fingers are cool), I will add one of the other bands I have. Four rings, total, is all I can get on my small finger.

Holly what point size are the diamonds in the shared prong? I'm looking for one and the size of yours is PERFECT. Also... where did you get it?

Hi Sapphirering,

This is how I usually wear my ering and bands.

First picture is the ering, 1mm spacer, and shared prong diamond wedding band. I do this on days that my fingers are rather swollen.

Second picture is the ering, 2mm wg plain domed wedding band, and shared prong diamond band. This I can wear now in the colder weather since my fingers are smaller.

Third picture: I also wear the plain 2mm band and the diamond band together, without the ering if I want to go "plain and simple."

For sizes: my ering is a .62ct ASG000 G SI1, My diamond band is a .42ct, 13 stone band of 2 or 3 pointers. (I think, the diamond melee size). 1mm spacer, 2mm domed plain band. I wear size 4.

I love the bezel bands, esp the single stone milgrain round bezel. I also adore, Gypsy's, MrsM's, and Lil Misfit's. Beautiful!!
Someday I would like to add a bezel band with diamonds and a colored stone to my "plain and simple" look. :naughty:

Just have to save up some more money!!

P.S sorry for my poor picture taking skills!

I do... if you accept the spacer.

It is a Memoire, which I bought from the same boutique jewelry store as my e-ring and w-band, and it is the 1.00 ct. shared prong.
