Does anyone have the WF 4 prong basket setting for studs?

How do you like them? Do the diamonds sit nice and low in the setting and not protrude too far out from the ear lobes? I'm considering this setting for a pair of 1.6ctw diamonds, and would really appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I have had those and they were fine, but when I upgraded diamonds I did end up going with special order, very low set baskets in platinum. In retrospect, I think it isn’t best to stick with the standard ones until one is absolutely certain they won’t ever upgrade again, because I did, and those settings had to be changed each time!

@diamondseeker2006 Thanks for your input! I was hoping you'd chime in, as I've seen all your threads regarding the various diamond studs upgrades, and noticed you had the standard WF basket setting at some point. The special order SP low set baskets are so beautiful, but probably way out of my budget for settings. Glad to know that you found the WF basket settings fine!
