Does anybody recognize?

Hi!
I found this at a second hand jeweller and got in love with it at the first sight.

Its yellow and white gold, stamped only with 585 and has an Old european cut diamond, Tcr I Si1 0.30ct.

Thats all info I got about it. Does anyone have a clue or idea of when and where it might come from?

The diamond is old, but the setting definitely is not.
It looks quite modern, 1990s or newer.
Very pretty!

Thats probably why I couldn’t find anything similar when looking at other OEC rings.

The setting does have a late 80’s to 1990s feel, but could be newer. I still see settings like this from vendors. Diamond is old though.
