Those huggies look fantastic on your ears

they are huggies and the clasp is pretty snug and tight wouldn't you say? They look better on you than on me my dear

and I would definitely sport them both together! Just my consumer opinion, I also think Huggies have a very distinct locking clasps as yours also with two parts hinged connecting the back side to the front (hope that makes sense) but also not very big.

Sorry Sylvie, I called them hoops by mistake! Hoops are rounder, I think...but I always thought huggies were closer to the ear lobe, so that''s why I said hoops. Sorry for the confusion!

And...sigh...I understand how you feel, I am almost 50 and am having trouble dealing with the changes that come with aging...but then I remind myself that I have my health, and a lot of life to live and I shouldn''t waste it by being sad about my appearance...it''s hard sometimes though...hugs to you!

I don''t know... perhaps it''s not my age but more my general look. My salt and pepper hair, soft ears, growing old skin and overweight. It''s difficult for me to accept to become old and when I look in the mirror, I''m not sure it''s beautiful. Young ladies are so gorgeous with this type of earrings but in my case it''s ''strange''. I don''t like the idea to attract the glances near my face.

It''s difficult to explain but I feel old... really old since I got 50...

Hey now, I turned 50 over 5 years ago, and I''m not ready to be old.

In any case, this is a great look that can be worn by all ages. I think beautiful jewelry is one great way to keep your spirits up. I love classic styles, and I would definitely wear that set of earrings. They are lovely together.

And I believe the difference between ''hoops'' and ''huggies'' are that hoops can be of any size, but huggies do exactly what they say...they ''hug'' the earlobe. So they sit very very close to the ear and tend to be more oblong in nature, where as hoops are more circular.

Stci, my solution to not liking how I look in the mirror is to put my diamonds on. The more bling, the less I look at the things I don''t like, and the more I say "Ooooh....pretty...." These earrings are nowhere near too much. They look beautiful on you.
