+1 -- I generally don't have a lot of cash with me.Amys Bling|1315226296|3009978 said:Whatever money I have on my I carry in my wallet in my purse--- typically iput eveythi on debit cards or on my credit card and then pay it off each month.
Haha - I do wonder how many people generally carry no cash. I carry like $10 "just in case" and a few ones. Other than that...no cash....ever!!April20|1315248173|3010157 said:Cash? What is this mysterious thing you speak of, DF?
The most I carry is $20.00. I have been carrying the same $20 bill for 3 months. DH carries his wallet in his back pocket and it is packed with receipts and about $50.00.Dancing Fire|1315262268|3010267 said:

My MIL has hundreds of dollars in cash on her at all times. This BOGGLES my mind. Loose $50 bills just floating in her purse. I'd crap myself if I thought I lost a $50 bill. If I loose my debit card, it's simple enough to cancel and replace it without actually losing the money. Once you lose a $50... it's lost!
i use CCs too and i'd pay it off every month, but some of the Asian stores and restaurants i frequent don't take CCs.ForteKitty|1315350636|3011064 said:DF, you sound like my grandmother! I never use a debit card because i dont get anything back. I use a CC, pay it off each month in full, and get my rewards. And that debt thing you're concerned about? it's called self control... Only spend what you have in your checking acct. It's not that hard.
