Do these baby studs have fluorescence?

My toddler’s godmother gave her tiny studs from Costco. We converted the posts into baby screwbacks and when I picked them up from the jeweler, I noticed a blue hue. Does this baby bling have fluor?? Lol that is the cutest thing!

They’re the tiniest little chips but look just right on this growing girl!

If the pic was taken on a sunny day outdoors with not a cloud in the sky, could just be a reflection of the blue sky. Only real way to tell is to shine a black light on it to see if it lights up with that same blue colour or not.

I think they might be fluorescent looking at them, see if you can find out!
