Do Recent GIA certificates no longer plot the inclusions?

It's because it's a diamond dossier report, not a full report. Most stones of that size should have the full one with the inclusions plotted too. But the DD is becoming more popular, esp. for smaller stone sizes. In fact, I thought they only did them for stones less than 1c. Maybe they recently changed that policy.

They did. As of June 1 GIA expanded the carat weight range of the Diamond Dossier service. Now diamonds from 0.15 - 1.99 cts are allowed. This report was a popular choice for smaller diamonds, since it costs less.

All diamonds accompanied by the Diamond Dossier report are laser-inscribed since there is no plotting diagram.
