Do ID/bar bracelets flip?

I'm thinking of getting a bracelet similar to this but was just wondering if it flips. I have a Pandora bracelet with a curved knot clasp and it flips, but i don't want to wear it too tight or else i get indents in my skin.

My ID bracelet rarely flips, certainly not often enough to be annoying. The ID part is a gold bar, slightly curved and the chain is an ordinary curb chain.

If you wear it close to your wrist and the bar is curved, I assume it shouldn’t be a problem.
