Do French cuts face up whiter than their stated color?

If I have a colorless center stone, how low can I go in the color of French cuts as sidestones or stones in an adjacent band before the color difference will be noticeable?

Carre and baguettes do, quite a bit.
but smaller stones also face up a lot less colored than larger stones.
So an F 1ct with 10 point sides you could easily get away with I.

Thanks, Garry, that's great to know.

If anyone has photos of their colorless stone next to I-J-K French, carre, or baguette cut diamonds, please do share!

There is more difference in color between J and K than there is between D and F, and maybe even D to G.
I suggested I, not J and definitely not K Kim!

Ah, okay, thanks for the clarification, Garry.

I'd still welcome any photos as I'm trying to see how low I can go before my color sensitivity crops up.
