I have a vintage-looking 
brooch marked Cartier in non-cursive letters. It is certainly nicely made in 18k gold with tiny but sparkly diamonds and a double pin back (like many of the Cartier brooches that I've seen), but I cannot find a serial number. It is marked 18k with a symbol beneath that almost looks like two letter A (one upright and the other upside down). Please see my photos.
