Distinctive gem diamond concierge

There are some review here if you search. Folks generally liked it, especially for larger stones. Look under August Vintage when you search, due to name change.
 
Jonathan @Rhino at Distinctive Gem is wonderful to work with. He and his sales reps put the customer first, and they do everything in their power to provide customer satisfaction.
As mentioned, above, they have changed their name from August Vintage.

I thought Jonathan was going to cut a diamond for me, it never happened. This was before the CoVid19 mess. Needless to say, I am disappointed.

It seems like there must be more to the story than that. It's a fairly heavy accusation to throw out with zero context.

I have used Distinctive gems concierge service and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Jonathan sourced my diamond and Victor Canera created the setting.

Actually no more to the story. We discussed in detail what I was looking for you in a diamond. He was very positive about getting the rough, cutters and I had hoped to have my Valentine's day. When deadlines came and went there was another holiday, vacation that seemed to prevent me from seeing or obtain the finished diamond. I ended up reaching out to Jonathan, him not reaching out to me. Then came CoVid19. I just have to find another source when things calm down. Like I said, I am disappointed.
