Difference in IGI reports?

Tried to do a search on here but I couldn't find anything. I'm wondering why some IGI reports don't include the 'Clarity Characteristics' on them? Attached two examples with one that has it and the other that doesn't. Anyone know why this is?

GIA is the same; sometimes they have the plot map and sometimes it's just the basic specs. I think there is a price difference between the two, but I don't know why a vendor would pick one over the other.
