The diamond has no measurements, so hard to tell. Using a standard chart for weight to mm size, with no consideration of ratio it could be a difference of 1 mm plus on both length and width.

I'd say that is a noticeable difference.

Hi, carat weight is a “weight” not a size.
diamond and CZ have different specific gravities ie density so the exact same “size” will be different carat weights.
A 1.2 carat Emerald cut diamond will be approximately 7 x 5 mm.
the CZ in the above measures 8.5 mm x 6.5mm and in real life that size difference would be noticable.
