Difference between princess cut grades... not sure?

I've read and heard a lot about ideal princess cuts, but given the fact that this shape does not have the brilliance of a round, how much difference will I be able to notice between an ideal, very good, or good cut for a princess cut? Will a difference of 3-4% on the table or depth really make that much difference?? For example, can you tell the difference between a 68/69 (depth table) cut and a 75/77 (depth table) cut??

I have no idea what the answer is, but it definitely makes a big difference in the price and availability of these ideal cuts!!
