I'm sort of trying to resolve a disagreement between myself and a friend. We're both lifestyle dieters and calorie counters, though we take VERY different approaches.
Independent of other dieting factors (nutrient values, your height/weight etc.) and exercise... What is your basic daily calorie intake goal? If you're comfortable sharing other info (height/weight/goal weight/exercise/etc.) please do.
