Lawgem,
Gilbert doesn't care, because Gilbert thinks he is above the law.

I'm sure it was an honest mistake. No harm no foul.

If there was a *Bronx Cheer* icon, I would have typed it.
I will have to result to pffffffffft.

No way do I believe was it an "honest" mistake. His pattern of behavior, does not in my opinion, support "honest mistake".

Gilbert has issues with honesty.

With a username other than "Iceman" I might believe that. But those two have way too much of a history, and Iceman's departure from DT was neither amicable nor that long ago.

I would disagree with the "no harm." Ice has a legitimate concern about trademark dilution here.

It appears now that DCD Josh, is using his initials as his sign-in on DT.

I don't know if you said this is jest - BUT, I concur. For pete's sake, do you really think that DCD wonders all day long how to provoke some guy from the midwest named Iceman? I sincerely doubt it.

As far as Gilbert is concerned - next thing he is going to be blamed for the sinking of the Titanic.

Have some sense people.

Only partly kidding. Hard to argue much brand dilution for such a minor infraction.

On the other hand, Jim Schultz always loved to jerk the Iceman's chain. And Ice liked to point out that Jim had no educations (sic) and was working at home in his pajames (sic). You'd also think that Gilbert would make it so that no one could re-register as Iceman.

I don't know for sure but we busibodies need something to fill our days.

Yep, certainly passes the time.

If I recall correctly, it wasn't Jim who registered under Iceman. It was someone named Joshua who works for/with? DCD.

So, I maintain DCD is innocent.

Also, I did not know it was Jim that Ice refered as PJ man. See, you learn some valuable information in the Steamroom!

I have no problem with Gilbert being my scapegoat. Actually, it is the right time of year for it. Let me put all of the troubles of the world onto Gilbert and let him loose in the desert.

Happy New Year! L'shanah Tovah!
