If you mean you are a buyer, then never fear, there are plenty of sellers around.

The best place could be Tiffany, or maybe Ebay?
Its up to you. Do you pay full price and demand the best, or cut price? If you are prepared to learn lots then you can get the best for less. But you need to invest time and brain power
