Diamonds in Canada - Flanders

Hello,
I am trying to find a Flanders cut for a pendant to match a wedding ring. I live in the 'boonies" of ontario,but I'm close to Toronto. Anyadvice or referrals would be appewciated.

Bulgari on Bloor St in Toronto sells Flanders diamond set in their own setting. It seems like a pretty expensive store. I am not sure if you can just get the diamond without their settings. When I was shopping for my diamond, the saleslady wasn't that helpful.
