Diamond stud graduated earring size

I have 2 sets of ACA earrings .60 ctw and 0.80 ctw and they are extremely similar in size when worn being 4.7mm and 4.3mm in my double lobe piercings. What would be a good graduation in size? I won’t be able to go lower than the 0.60 so I could upgrade the 0.80 pair?
I am also thinking of getting a third piercing so maybe 0.25tcw, 0.60 ctw and 1.00 ctw would be a good graduation with a visible size difference?

I don’t if anyone really wants to see my ear, but here we go

Looking at the photo I can see a slight difference but not a great deal which I would really prefer. If anything I wouldn’t want to go bigger than the 0.4. So ideally I need graduated sizes going down from a 0.4.
I am not in the USA and my earring size is greater than the regular engagement ring size here!

So, a half a carat stone would be about 5.1mm.

Here is the difference between your 4.3 mm stone and a half-carat 5.1mm stone.

0.3ct Round (4.3×4.3×2.62) vs 0.5ct Round (5.1×5.1×3.11)

Compare 0.3 carat Round (4.3×4.3×2.62mm) vs 0.5 carat Round (5.1×5.1×3.11mm) on actual diamond size and finger coverage (14.52mm² vs 20.43mm²)

Looks like a pretty nice size difference to me and I think it would be noticeable.
