Diamond stud earring setting question

Can anyone point me to another source for these type settings:

I have seen them for less money at a local jeweler.

The ones I am looking for have small pave, round diamonds on the outside, and the inside diamond can be anywhere from .30 to .34 each.

I have been looking and those are the cheapest **nice quality** ones I have seen.
