Diamond: Should I buy based on these images?

Hi folks!

I requested images for this particular diamond and I'd appreciate a professional opinion on whether this would be 100% eye clean and if this is a top performer:

Size: 1.52ct RB
Measurements: 7.43 - 7.46 x 4.49mm
Color: F
Clarity: SI1
Cut: Excellent
Polish: Very Good
Symmetry: Excellent
Fluorescence: Strong Blue
HCA: 1.1

I see a number of inclusions in the images but am not sure if they'd be visable to the unaided hawk-eye. Thoughts?

The only person that can answer the eye-clean question would be the person holding the stone and carefully examining it from all angles for you. That stone would not be one I would personally consider because of the clarity. I think you can find cleaner SI1's, but I will admit that my preference is VS.
