I'm travelling to Singapore for a 2 week holiday and notice the Singapore Sale is on. Any recommendations on who to check and visit for getting a diamond?
I hope I can also qualify for the duty free, can anyone recommend the places that offer duty free as well?
Looking to buy a GIA certified diamond 1.0ct approx 10k for budget for a loose diamond or else I will look for a complete engagement ring.
