Diamond Setting Help Please

Hello Everyone

I am looking for a radiant or cushion cut diamond 1.5-2 carats, F-G color Si1 or VS2 with a halo setting of blue sapphires.
Does that exist or no?

(I only saw the setting for round diamonds not cushion or radiant diamonds).

And also is there a difference between a halo and a mircohalo?
