Diamond/Sapphire Pave Ring for Mother's Day- Need Help!

Hi All!

My dad, brother, and myself are chipping in to get my mom what she's always wanted- a diamond/sapphire pave ring. Right now, she has a marquise engagement ring and an enhancer ring with two side solitaires (it slides into her engagement ring), and a silver wedding band. However, she only wears her plain silver wedding band on a daily basis.

She's been dreaming of a band like this to wear as her new band (she seems to prefer pave over channel):




Do you all think this is a substantial-enough ring to wear alone?

Do you guys think $550 is a good price for this type of ring? I'm thinking it is, but if not, any recommendations on where else we could look?

I think she could wear this alone. What size is her finger? If she has small hands then this would look really lovely. Even if she doesn't it could look nice. I personally like the look of dainty rings. I want something like this

I've had my eye on it for a while and it hasn't sold yet. They usually lower the price to 598.
I would get it but other things take priority on the budget at the moment.
