Diamond Ring help

Hey Guys

I need some advice. I am looking to buy a diamond ring. I want it to be either princess cut or cushion cut. My finger is size 7. I want the ring to look big and have good color and clarity. How much approximately are the following?

A) 1 carat cushion cut, color D-F, clarity VVS2?

B) 1.5 carat cushion cut, color D-F, clarity VS1?

C) 1 carat princess cut color D-F, clarity VVS2?

D) 2 carat princess cut color D-F, clarity VS1?

umm not enough information, you need more detail diamond specs to elicit more responses and images would greatly help. I would go with the best cut possible first priority over anything else. Plus the facets are no where the same. You have pinpoint princess cut flashes vs chunky cushion flashes, and those are purely personal preferences too
