diamond question

What is a mid grade/middle of the road/average diamond (specs wise). I''m just curious as to what everyone thinks.

If you mean averagely acceptable quality, I would say H SI1.

Or you mean what is the average in a mall store, where average people buy average diamonds? J/K/L SI2/I1s (my guess)

In my pricescope "mind," I would say middle = H/SI1. Middle of the road out in the real world... shudder, who knows? K/L / I1/2?

I was also going to say H SI.

I would say generally G VS, but around here you generally want to maximise size while getting the best cut, so in PS terms, I would agree with H SI1 to get more quality bling for your buck.
