I have been looking at an Oval diamond, 1.52 carats, G coloring, VS2 clarity. Very good symmetry, no fluor. measurments - 9.05 x 5.96 x 3.93 depht 65.9% (crown hegith 18%/Pavaillion height 42%) table 57%. Not sure what else is needed, I just copied down everything I could. Can you tell me if this seems like a good diamond and if possible the type of cost I could be considering?

We can't judge anything except a round based on the numbers - we need to be able to see pictures and ASET images. Ovals in particular are prone to bow-ties and darkness in the center. But using the diamond search feature, other diamonds that are GIA-graded with similar stats are going for around $11,000, with one at around $14,000. Is this one graded by GIA?

I appreciate the response. I do not know if it is GIA rated or not. I am new to this whole diamond buying situation. I will look into that. Is there a specific grading that is most desired??
