When I purchase a stone with a GIA Cert. is it fair to purchase with a full refund guarantee?
Would I then physically take my stone to an independent appraiser with the GIA to have it checked out? If it checks out fine, if not I could then make a return.
Also, GIA seems like the "buyers" cert to request. However, AGS lists angeles. Any preference?
