What do you guys think of this diamond? The HCA comes back as 2.2, but I thought the idealscope was really good.

The diamond looks good and yes images always trump the HCA, the HCA cannot physically see the diamond and is basing its predictions on 4 basic measurements. If you have images available then the HCA''s use is limited especially as it is actually a rejection, not selection tool.
