Diamond Opinion Needed

Can I have an opinion of below diamond vs the one above. This is also a H&A, but 1.2ct J VS1. This is 1k more at $8500 vs above for 7500(1ct H SI1)? Also this will be a Halo setting with F/G diamonds. Please let me know your opinion. Thx

Both look good to me but J is probably not a good fit for a halo with F/G diamonds. Generally it is recommended to keep within a 2 grade difference.
