I have a question. Lots of people have told me they have had success getting their diamonds at a great price at the atlanta market...Is there another city that has this sort of thing??

thanks for the reply!-- after reading this website for a month, I know tht lots of people get their diamonds from the web...but it just really scares me! i do not know a ton abou diamonds, and feel i would get a bad one and not even know it!

My advice would be for you to go looking at B&Ms at different qualities of diamonds before buying on the internet then. Especially look for those that carry H&A types. Hope this helps!

I truly believe that you have more of a chance to end up with a "bad one" from a B&M.

I can understand your concerns. I too was a bit skeptical about buying online, but ended up doing so. Your best best is to read up on the tutorials, and become INFORMED! GoodOldGold has an awesome tutorial- a must-read!

BTW- a B&M is a "brick and mortar", a local jewelry shop (can be mom & pop, or national chain)

B&M stands for "brick and mortar"...meaning retailers in actual stores....as opposed to more ''virtual'' internet retailers...
