Diamond Earring Posts question

I purchased a pair of diamond earrings at a local club store 2CTW and I love the quality of the diamonds despite the I1 rating there not too bad.
The thing I noticed was that the posts appear to have either been manufactured crooked slightly bent or it happened at the counter. These were the last set in stock. Is it a relatively common occurrence to have slightly bent posts like these one is worse than the other?
Should I be concerned with it breaking? I have 30 days to return if need be.

Thanks, Bob

I've never seen posts bent this badly and would be afraid to bend it back myself lest it breaks. I would definitely return them since they are within the return period.

I'd return them too. Bending metal back and forth can cause metal fatigue and eventually a crack & a break.
