Can anyone recommend a dealer in my area and give me a quote on a diamond listed below:

1.0+ Carat
Ideal Cut
VS2+
I Color

I think you'll find that the majority opinion here is that you can get a higher quality stone at a lower price on the internet. I visited many many local stores to get a better feel for various characteristics of diamonds, and allowed them to quote me on their stones, but it just isn't comparable.
