Diamond bezel reset halo or not.

I have the most prong-y eternity e-ring and band. I am planning an entire reset but want everything bezeled because I am so over getting caught on everything! My inspiration for designs attached.. is the halo too much, with a bezel band will it be too many circles everywhere ? If I chose to just bezel the center, what kind of band should I design? I have about 40 .10 accent diamonds to work with and planning a 7.5 mm cushion diamond. Any inspiration sets to show me? I’ve looked through all the cushion threads, very few wedding sets shown!

For the eternity, could you go for a bead set or channel setting rather than bezelling if you're worried about too many circles? You could also do the same for the halo if you want a cleaner outline.

I love the bezeled cushion in the last photo. Very clean lines, not too many circles, and won't get caught on anything.

IMHO, I would get rid of the 3 side stones on each side of the halo in the first pic, as I believe they distract the eyes from the centre stone.

As for the band, a bezel band would be fine if the shank of the ER is left as a plain shank.

All personal preferences and all that, and I dislike claws and prongs after losing the centre stone of my mum's imperial jade ring during one drunken work event.

I love the last one and I think if you did a bezel band in the same style as the circle bezel on that, it would be beautiful together

Love the 2nd and 3rd inspiration photos. I think the milgrain in the eternity band will add textural differences between the two rings to break up the too many circle look. The eternity would add a romantic feminine vibe to the modern structural look of the ering. I I think it would be a fabulous combination.

@audib I hear you re: prongs! I had a prong set ring and managed to snag it on pretty much anything and everything, not to mention scratch myself with it, I'm hopeless with prongs! I do love bezels and I absolutely love the last pic you attached. Gorgeous! I agree with foxinsox, a bead set eternity would look beautiful. I will say that the ring in my avatar doesn’t snag on a thing and makes it incredibly easy to wear. I wanted to stick with the blingy halo look and the no snagging was a nice bonus! You could easily do something like that with a cushion center!

That halo is to die for. I am all over the place still on deciding.
