Haven't looked to see if there might be similar options [say, F-H, VS-SI1] at a nicer price - mainly because import duties etc. are entirely unknown to me ...

One being 1.08 carat and the other one 1.20

Can't open the first link, but the second one is a pretty stone, it is a FIC stone on HCA due to its steeper crown angle. Should be a fiery stone. It also has strong blue flouro, some people love that, others don't. I personally like flouro for lower colors as it tends to mask the color, for G color not much masking is needed and as long as the flouro doesn't cause any haziness, it is just a cool feature. Is this stone at the top of your budget? What will be the setting?
