Diamond Advice Please HELP!!!

I'm new here and I wanted to get some insight into a particular diamond I am about to purchase from dreamstone.com - a friend of mine purchased from them in the past and was very happy. The diamond I am considering is this one:

It is part of their own exclusive inventory so its not just a feed from another dealer. It also comes with a lifetime upgrade policy so I could also go bigger / higher quality if I want to spend more. In any case, they were nice enough to reserve the diamond for me until I make a decision, but I have to make it soon!

What I like about this diamond:

- it is a signature ideal / excellent cut grade by GIA
- Excellent Polish and Symmetry
- none fluor.
- 57% table which according to other site was in the preferred zone for table.
- 60-61% depth range and I don't want another in the 62+ depth.
- Finally they confirmed that the VS2 is nice.
- I like that it is a 1.24 carat. I read on this forum that the size is preferred over say a 1.20 on the head or even a 1.24.
- finally, the price seems very competitive.

If anyone can just confirm that this is a good diamond and if you can find anything better at a lower price, please let me know.
