Designing Ring - Opinions on CADs + Diamond?

Hey everyone,
I previously had another post on another subforum for opinions on the diamond, so copying and pasting some info over to this one:

I may or may not have impulsively splurged and purchased a diamond to start the engagement ring process via an online jeweler. When choosing it out, I did know some of the basics (4 Cs, height/depth, bowties, etc.) but after reading more about how some diamonds can have good stats on paper but a dull appearance in person, I'm slightly concerned especially since I won't be able to see it in person until later (and returning it + re-purchasing another stone would delay my proposal plans).

To my untrained eyes, the stone I picked looked very appealing with not too much bow-tie during my browsing of ovals on sites like BE/JA/Ritani/LooseGrownDiamond... I feel like the past two weeks I've looked at so many ovals now I'm going backwards on my understanding of what makes a good oval.

Stats: 4.90 Carats lab oval, E, VVS2, ideal/super ideal cut

For the design, I'm interested in hearing peoples' opinions and also if you see any flaws with the design / dimensions. Thanks!!

It's hard to say unless you have your inspiration photo available to compare.

This needs to be moved to the lab created forum. They are better at detecting issues in lab created diamonds (striation, color
etc).

I'll ask admin to move it. ( actually, it should be removed).

You can then create a thread on just the CADS in this forum. You'll need to upload the picture of the CAD. People do not want
to have to download files to their machines (for obvious reasons).

So, I just realized you have a thread over there...and that's where this thread belongs. You can open a different thread here on
just the CADS if you want advice/opinions.
