is there a chart for me to reference?
 
I'm not sure what you are referring to. Can you be more specific as to exactly what you are looking for? There's more to a well cut stone than just depth and table percentages. There's also the crown and pavilion combo to consider, crown height, etc. These parameters will vary according to the shape of the stone that you are looking for.

add girdle variance - a 63% stone with a slightly thick to thick girdle at the right price is a good buy.
A very thin under 60% if it is for earrings is a good buy
