Thought you guys might enjoy this... Diamond Cutters International (aka Fred) has been doing a major advertising push on the radio stations here in Houston. The DJs go on and on about how Fred knows more about diamonds than anyone. His big sell is that he''s "the only bonded jeweler in Texas."
