Dates missing from posts?

Has anyone noticed that the dates are missing from individual posts?

How will I know if a post is old?

I've always checked before responding to make sure a posting is current.

Anyone else notice this?

Same here.

A workaround in the meantime:
When browsing the forum boards, the far right column contains information about who the last post in any given thread belongs to and when it was published. It's not ideal, but at least it gives you an idea if the discussion in the thread is current.

I have no problem seeing dates.

I came to hangouts looking for this exact thread. It's bugging me too.
 
Yep, I noticed...and sent a message too...they are probably being bombarded by messages on it!

Same here! I started noticing it yesterday and thought it might have been a glitch with my browser. I'm surprised by how bothered I am by it.

I also noticed that yesterday. I thought I’d wait a day, and see if it was just a bug that had been fixed. But not yet, I guess. :roll:

Yeah, I always double check the date on a thread before contributing because it is so annoying to have a thread come up from 10 years ago and it looks new but then you realize it’s a zombie thread. In fact, since the dates have disappeared I haven’t responded to a lot of threads because I can’t tell if they are old or new.

OMG, i came on here (I usually dont remember about the hangout area!) to see if anyone posted about it, I also check to see how old it is before I post. Glad it's not just me!

Sorry Kenny, couldn’t resist. If there is a Mrs. Kenny, please excuse my bad joke! I’ve been in the kitchen all morning ( baking and frosting cakes) and I think the vanilla extract fumes were too much for me:naughty:

i read it not knowing it was old
a man's intended wanted what sounded like a very expenisive but not very good ER
many years latter (like today) i'd say the vendor or the vendor's wife replied
