Dark crystals on the table?

What does everyone think about having dark crystals on the table, especially in their engagement rings?

I am looking at a VS2 diamond where you can see the dark crystals clearly under a 10x loupe, but without the loupe it is extremely difficult to see them. I can only see very very tiny dots when I am trying really hard to find them.

It's up to each person. Some people can't 'unsee' an inclusion once seen with loupe or naked eye. I am an inclusions friendly buyer but I generally pass on anything sitting on the table. I can forgive white feathers/crystals but with darker inclusions, it's case by case. I have a heavily included oval with lots of dark inclusions but you wouldn't know it with naked eye. If you love the stone and it's priced right, go for it.

For me, I cannot have anything on the table (it is a mind-clean thing.) I, likewise, have a VS2, but luckily, mine has nothing on the table and only two tiny tiny crystals on the side (next to each other that I can barely see under 30x loupe.) It is up to people's preference.

VS2 inclusions in a 5ct diamond are 2X bigger than in a 1ct.
Scale is important

I will echo what others have stated.
it is a mind clean thing.
The biggest question is how much it annoys you.
You know that the inclusion is there, and you cant see it with the naked eye. but can see it with a loupe.
Is that enough (mind clean) for you to get the stone?
who else is going to know that the inclusion is there?
PSers might, if you show them the magnified pics, or ppl that carry a loupe around with them.

for me, once i know there is a dark crystal on the table, i can't unsee it and i will forgo the stone.
Clear crystals can different- not that i have seen a stone with it. but i would imagine that the clear crystal can be not so obvious compared to a dark crystal.
