Yes I did. Freke: No haven''t had the chance. It has been raining.

T-Gal: Yes I received it. It is really dark. Dan told me it will be dark in "indoor" lighting and in "gloomy" weather and it sure is ha. He also said in sunshine and blue sky it will sparkle like crazy. I haven''t seen sunshine at all in a week.

I will let you know when the sun comes out, what the stone actually looks like.

I am spoiled by my pads, that sparkle all the time.

Yeah Linda, I hear ya. My pad doesn''t really sparkle..more glows, but it looks good in all lighting conditions. At least to my untrained eye. I also love how pure the color stays...it never gets murky or muddy.

So yes, we are both a little spoiled by them - or just used to the way these behave, I suppose.

Me too. I like my gemstones to cheer me up with bright colours, not gloomy depressing colours. Maybe Freke is a closet Goth.
