I was browsing through the price scope forum and to my amazement I saw these posts and I only feel it's my right to defend my company.
Referring to Alexah's post, I do remember this transaction that occurred years ago. It is fresh in my mind b/c this complaint is the only thing preventing an "A+" BBB rating (we currently maintain an "A" rating). As I remember, there was a slight discrepancy caused by a human typo error listed from one of our suppliers who erroneously listed one detail of the diamond's metrics. We certainly and immediately refunded the customers payment in full and tried to make amends but they were so incensed and would not give us the opportunity to make it right for them. Our company has grows expeditiously over the past few years through referrals and repeat business. We have not received any negative feedback since this episode any the BBB can verify that there have been no incidents or complaints since we signed on with them 3 years ago.
