Cut vs Bow tie on MArquie

Is it true that a Marquie which has no ''bow tie'' is a ideal cut marquie??

NO that is not true. It could have not bowtie and be very poorly cut, while at the same time it could have no bowtie and be well cut. Ideally you want a minimal bowtie effect that you can see, but you need to make sure you have a good cut so the diamond will sparkle beautifully.
